A: ICT is used in many areas of motor racing. Ther most obvoius is the timing system used at the track. This allows a greater degree of accuracy and is required in a time when every team is looking for the extra tenth of a second. ICT is also used in the design of the cars, allowing detaiuls technical drawing of cars to be produced. ICT also helps teams simulate how cars will handle different situations.
