A: Well first of all you need a racing liscense or however u spell it and to get that you need to do arks test after that im not shure cuz im not at that stage myself. Ya might already have a racing liscense if ya do then well i guess im wasting your time sorry But if ya find a place that is non MSA you can race without a racing liscense just go down there and grab a application form.
