Q: I don't have much respect for Clint anymore. Clint shoved David up the track once before & bumped David a few times but I considered that racing. Using Ragan Smith to take David out the way he did was BS & I hope he gets wrecked every race from here on out. I have no respect for Clint at all.
A: it was obvious clint was trying to dump him without being too blatant. the one push was weak, and knocking regan smith up the track into ragan's path was even weaker on his part. there was nothing "accidental" about it. clint saw a chance to get rid of ragan indirectly and took it, but used another driver's car to seemingly do the dirty work. at least junior had the chutzpah to not necessarily "exact revenge," but to put himself into a spot where crap could happen sort of on purpose. but he did it himself - he didn't bounce some other hapless victim into busch. sorry, but i wasn't a clint fan to begin with, and i'm even less of one now. i read an article where ragan commented on it, but he never whined about it. i give him big credit for that. kasey kahne whined a little about the roush and yates fords blocking him in on pit road on more than one occasion (which they probably were), but he seemed to let it go fairly quickly. i'm just surprised no one else has really mentioned the "bowyer bounce" in that light.
