A: all three have run restrictor plate races. daytona and talladega still do, and new hamphire motor speedway (back when it was new hampshire international speedway) used them back in 2000, the race jeff burton led all 300 laps and won. they used them for one cup race that year after both adam petty and kenny irwin, jr. were killed in accidents there.
