A: i don't whether it is a school... a lot of them started racing at a young age and just continued, owners have development programs that help perfect their young drivers' racing ability, now engineers and crew chiefs can go to specialized schools but it doesn't really guarantee a job but in Arizona and California they can go to a place called UTI and go into the NASCAR technician program
