Q: Last year at Hendricks? Didn't he say he was unhappy and was looking for another team before Hendrick released him?
A: I don't think Kyle has anything against Dale personally but I do think he was not happy with Rick. Shrub had nobody to blame but himself for the situations he continually put Rick in that were embarassing to him and what he felt reflected poorly on the team as a whole. Between all the wrecked cars and pouting, Mr Hendrick decided he didn't want to deal with him anymore. With drivers like Jeff and Jimmie in the stable he might not have been as worried about losing as talented of a driver as Kyle is, in order to have better team chemistry and a better overall fit to the organization. 3 STR8 N 08!!!
