A: well..they're both doing very well. both 1st in points & both have the most wins this season in their series. Scott Dixon's percentage of wins this season is .428371% & Kyle Busch's is .347826% (just in Sprint Cup) but i guess it really depends on what you think would mean having a better year. you could also factor in Kyle's wins from the other 2 nascar series as well....
