A: In my opinion NO, Richard Petty always THE KING!!!! Kyle is a very talented driver but no way he could ever break the records that Petty set, and yes i know Petty raced more races back in the day but to compare the two..never....Kyle is Kyle and Petty is KING! Each are very different so no comparison is needed, Kyle will set his own type records
