Q: Just want to thank everyone on this forum for your kind remarks...glad you enjoy my little trivia questions.....here we go. Who am I? I won my very first race in a lower series. From the beginning until now I have always had big shoes to fill. Early in my career I did the unthinkable and drove for my previous team's biggest rival. I went on to become a fan favorite....they would "sing" my praises My first win came when all the competitors in front of me were taken out in a bizarre crash. At the peak of my career....I became a threat week in and week out. But after awhile in the sport I mellowed out but still ran respectable. Today I am not considered a legend but my legacy will not be forgotten. Who am I? Great job Lynn! Maggie...I was stretching a little bit I was referring to him singing....I remember back in the 80's he appeared on "Nashville Now" on TNN. All of the crowd sang along with him... It was a stretch I admit.
