A: NASCAR has said repeatedly that the NSCS will NOT run in the rain on the rain tires. The NNS will run on rain tires if necessary. This is in the rule book (ESPN showed a NNS entry blank stating that they will run in the rain on road courses if necessary). There is a Rolex car race this evening at the Glen or they probably would have changed the time schedule. I hate when they don't get qualifying in....
