A: NASCAR needs to make one set of rules per year and get out. Let the teams work within the parameters set by the the regulatory commision (so to speak), and the people need to quit whining when a team learns how to "make things work" Change is good, but not to hamper performance. Leave the hurt feelings at the door. "They" are killing the competitiveness of the sport.
