A: I have to feel Nascar was genuine in their apology. They never wanted anything like what happened Sunday to happen. However, I do think Nascar & Goodyear knew there had to be some kinda trouble because they did have a tire test in April and from practice on Friday(from April to late July they had to know the track was going to be different) and they knew the track is very abrasive. I do think as a fan(me) I will move on and look forward to this weekends race in Pocono and hope nothing happens like it did this past weekend and we have a great race.
