Q: Where can you find out when and where the F1 teams will do their testing in the off-season?! Is it possible to go and have a look?!
A: Yes, tracks such as Catalunya and Silverstone sell tickets for some pre-season and season testing events. The tracks most likely to be used for off season testing are... UK: Silverstone France: Magny Cours Paul Ricard (Now used rarely, and by Toyota) Spain: Catalunya (VERY popular) Jerez Valencia (Thats the 'Ricardo Tormo' circuit, NOT the new street circuit) Portugal: Estoril (not so popular anymore) Italy: Fiorano (your not going to get tickets for this -its Ferrari and media exclusive) Mugello Monza Bahrain: Bahrain International Circuit Your best bet is to visit the relevant circuits website and look for tickets for sale shortly before testing days. I recently saw tickets advertised for pre-race testing before Silverstone on their website.
