A: Yeah... to see if it will run well. After all it's the first night race. There's a lot of issues that have to be sorted out. foremost concern will be safety. But I think the organizers will be able to do a good job. As to who will win, it's wide open. ALl the drivers will be rookies there and have to learn the track from scratch.
