Before I said that just go with the flow and accept Hammond but with Eddie Jordan by side or Irvine, and try to bring back Jim Rosenthal for me he did a great job, but with Alan would be productive as well. Edit: Yeah I agree that David Coulthard would be the most knowledgeable person to be there, and remember that Alan McNish was a test driver for a long time and sometimes (maybe most of the times) this drivers might know more then the "1st" drivers.
