A: I'd like to see the FIA conduct three tests for ALL teams during the offseason, and foot the bill for them. Rotate the three test tracks every year, except for the street courses. Everyone gets the same number of test laps. No more rich teams renting tracks out for a month, while others barely can afford to get their cars to the local dirt track. Certainly, if the FIA can manage to extort $100million from McLaren, and gawd knows how much more from the governments around the world that pay Bernie whatever he wants in order to have a Grand Prix in their country....the FIA can afford to foot the bill for the tests.
