Q: Seeing as they were found guilty of cheating and had no constructor points last year why arent the McLaren pit boxes at the end of the pit lane?
A: For some reason the powers that be decided that trying to make McLaren fit into the smaller space at the end of the pitlane would be "unfair" as they wouldn't be able to fit in all of their trucks and trailers, so they have been moved up to the middle of the pitlane, to the furthest garage that will accomodate their needs. I'd have thought that having to make do with what you could fit into the space available would have formed part of their punishment for last year, but it seems that the "let them off so someone prevents a Ferrari walkover doing damage to our revenues" faction in the FIA (led by Bernie Ecclestone...so ironic when McLaren fans slag him off, he's the only reason McLaren are in the championship this year...) won the day this time.
